Filmmaker SS Rajamouli has set an unimaginable high benchmark with his films, Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, with box office registering figures which were never heard of before. Both the films which went to make lead actor Prabhas, and filmmaker SS Rajamouli a known name across India as well as overseas but did you know how much was Prabhas paid for nailing the role of Mahendra and Amarendra Baahubali in the film? Can you guess, peeps?

Well, the muscular actor oozing with talent was paid a whopping Rs. 20 crore as per reports in DNA for Baahubali: The Beginning. OMG! This was in the year 2015, isn’t that mind-boggling? But we think it was worth every single penny spent by the makers to get the actor on board to play this larger-than-life character onscreen on his high mounted film. Till date there were speculations, but now finally the secret is out of the box, and we feel the actor deserved it too.

Followed by this first part, the actor was seen in the sequel Baahubali 2: The Conclusion released in 2017, thus opening an avenue for him in Bollywood.

Prabhas
